Kafka message consumption not properly wrapped with context

Expected Behavior

Kafka Message Listener execution has open-telemetry context

Actual Behaviour

Only the fact the message was received is traced.

Steps To Reproduce

Run DemoTest in the below example application. The assertion in the test fails.
