Add official support for sub resources

Current MP rest client specification doesn't mention sub resources. Most of MP rest client implementations supports sub resources.

Please extend the specification by sub resources because they are suitable for many wide APIs.

Please consider also possibility to use annotations (like @Produces, @Consumes, @RegisterProvider, @ClientHeaderParam, …) on the sub resource.
