Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Storage Explorer.
2. Open 'Settings' -> Application (Regional Settings) -> Select '繁體中文' -> Restart Storage Explorer.
3. Navigate to 說明 (Help).
4. Observe the menu items in the Help menu.
5. Check whether all menu items are localized.

Actual Experience

The following menu items remain in English:

Open Authentication Logs Directory
Open AzCopy Logs Directory

Expected Experience

All menu items in the Help menu should be localized.
