Downgrade certs shared service App Gateway to Basic SKU

The certs shared service App Gateway is used only to service the Certbot SSL challenge in order to request a certificate for the Sonotype Nexus VM.

The App Gateway is currently using Standard SKU at £146/mo.

Suggest we take advantage of the new App Gateway Basic SKU (£15/mo) for this use case.

Providing we don't need any features of Standard, hmm, private link (don't think we do), go for it.

Don't think we do either - not using private link, and only need 1 backend. Max 200 connections/second should be enough :-D

Ah yes, it does get stopped, I had missed that.

Worth changing to Basic anyway, since we don't use any Standard features?
