I created a Linux VM but was unable to connect to it from the UI. The cloud-init logs showed that it was encountering a 403 error while trying to access Nexus URLs. To troubleshoot, I created a Windows VM and used it to enable anonymous access from the Nexus portal. After making this change, the cloud-init script executed successfully on the Linux VM
