I want to evaluate the pre-trained dialoGPT . I followed the guidance in README, but I cannot get the "data-official-test/test.refs.txt" following:"Please follow the DSTC-7 official repo to extract the data, and put data-official-test/test.refs.txt into ./dstc/data/ folder."
I tried "make refs" in the path reddit_extractor/ I got this error:
wget https://files.pushshift.io/reddit/submissions/RS_2018-03.xz -O data/reddit/RS_2018-03.xz -o logs/RS_2018-03.xz.log -c
Makefile:65: recipe for target 'data/reddit/RS_2018-03.bz2' failed
