[BUG]Significant increase in the amount of memory used

This issue has been separated as another issue from comment #366.

To Reproduce
1.Install zoa_noreceive.zip on ProtoZoA

Memory map in initial state

2.Execute the following commands 10 times
midi endpoint send-message 0x40123456 0x00000000 -p 0 -c 1000000 -i
Memory map

Nonpaged pool has increased to 8,763,548K.

No further operations have been performed.
After 30 minutes, memory release appears to be slow.
Is this memory increase reasonable?

Testing was performed on usbmidi2.sys driver. Issue #366 comments show that the driver maintains constant memory usage and that the driver also releases all memory when removed.

It is interesting in the data that indication memory is eventually removed after a half hour. Is this just the amount of time it takes to actually process through the 1,000,000 messages and the pool increase is the memory needed (various buffers) to process that much information through service?

Are you seeing the memory increase tied to a specific process?

I'll set this up and try it out after today's Canary release.
