enhancement request: handle localization

When Windows is installed with a different language than English, built-in accounts and group names are translated (Users, Authenticated Users, Administrators and so on...).
This breaks verification and application of access control on files and folders.
It also breaks verification and application of User Rights Assignments.
Proposal: Use well-known SIDs instead of accounts/groups names in the xml file used to generate the configuration

auditpol.exe categories and subcategories are also translated.
Proposal: use subcategories GUID instead of names to handle correct verification/application of audit policies

S-1-5-11 | NT Instans\Autenticerade Användare (Swedish variant).

The group names and security identifiers displayname doesn't change back even though I change back from Swedish to United States. Partial workaround for me is to run
Rename-LocalGroup -sid S-1-5-32-544 -Newname "Administrators" before running PowerSTIG.

Haven't figured out how to change display name from NT Instans\Autentiserade Användare to the US equiv. The builtin name-mapping requires more research from my side.
