[Github] Add checkbox for user searched duplicated

Maybe add on all templates a checkbox "I've searched for existing issues with the same problem/suggestion"

no plan to. we should assume users did their best. Heck, i do get hit with submitting duplicates.

@crutkas We still see many duplicates and it does take time for us to search (the older issues) or answer questions et cetera. We're already swamped with open issues. This check box could be a reminder for people to check again. Any prevention is welcome to me. I actually hade the same idea, the other day.

@Jay-o-Way is right. Personally I currently have not time to triage at all (and I think this wil last until mid may), but if I find time it gets more and more difficult to find the original issue because there are more and more of them.

Two ideas in addition to this one:

• Revisit the idea of listing common ideas/issues in the wiki.
• Adding a known issue section to the changelog/readme like windows insider blog posts do.

Other idea would be to move all enhancement ideas to discussions: https://docs.github.com/en/discussions/managing-discussions-for-your-community/managing-discussions-in-your-repository#converting-issues-based-on-labels

This would make it easier to differentiate the issues.

Adding a checkbox does make sense, I've seen this on lots of other repos.

yup, seems to be a dupe, sorry about that... I need to remember that just because I got prompted to update today doesn't mean noone else got prompted earlier

We can try the experiment. Lets count dups from the start of a release to end. Then with the check box. Lets count April as without, June with.

Does that work? We can be data driven.

• I am using the latest version
• I've searched the documentation for a possible explanation or solution
• I've searched for issues on GitHub
• I've included closed issues when searching on GitHub

all of them would be required
