Steps to reproduce

Well i was using the color picker and then i wanted to see the windows shortcut guide and then the color picker goes behind it. I'm sure its not too hard to implement to make the color picker come ontop of the shortcut guide.

The ColorPicker to be infront of the shortcut guide

the color picker ended up behind it
