Support for Enterprise Windows revision: 1809

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Make the Software available for long term support Windows Versions.
As far as i can see the latest LTSC version is 1809.
It would be great to have features as the muting and camera control available for this edition.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every business Laptop running the LTSC version would profit in meetings with that feature.

until WinUI 3.1 is out, we're blocked here. Settings app currently requires 1903.

Once KBM is rolled off an island and with #18002 for PowerRename, i think this would be possible now that Settings is WinAppSdk

Windows 10 LTSC 1809 will be the longest supported version of Windows 10 and still receive updates for another 6 years.
So please, make never versions of PowerToys available on 1809.

KBM is now rolled into it and WinUI 3 supports version 1809+. Will we see a build possible for 1809+?

Latest available PowerToys for 1809 is the quite dated 0.35 from my research.

Even if reviving this issue would be possible, for me personally it is already obsolete. Not using that old machine anymore. But i think it might be still relevant for some.

Well, Windows 10 1809 LTSC is the longest supported Windows 10 version in existence (10 years).
The follow up LTSC version will only be supported for 5 years.

So all the people who do not want to put up with this Windows 11 nonsense still have a Windows 10 alternative that will be supported for (at least) another 4 years.
