Steps to reproduce

There is setting in registry to disable some hotkeys: value DisabledHotkeys in key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.

  1. Set registry value to some key used by Explorer (e.g. "S")
  2. Press shortcut to open overlay

✔️ Expected Behavior

Disabled keys are disabled (grayed) like arrows when there is no active window.

❌ Actual Behavior

Keys are looks active.
