[PowerRename] Allow changing of other attributes in a batch

Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Do not know the feasibility of this feature, but why to stop with the filenames, ideally it will also detect if all files have the same extension, read the writable properties of the files and allow to change them in batch.

Example for jpg, allow changing the subject, ratings, tags, date taken ...
for mp4 files, authors, year, genre, parental ratings...

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

• Detect if all files have the same extension and properties/details.
• When clicking on the PowerRenam offer the option to apply it to the filename or any other field detected.

things we'd have to consider:

• what happens when different file types are in a selection group
• do we show default data for all files if it the same for all the files

This wouldn't be something we'd proactively work on for a while so i'm marking this as "help wanted" if someone wants to pick up the item

It just came to my mind: does it seem like Attribute Changer?
Maybe Attribute Changer is still not enough, but it's definitely a good sample.
Consequently, perhaps we can have a new utility called PowerAttribute with all capabilities of current PowerRename.

Correct me if I am (understanding you request) wrong, but if you select a couple of files (similar files, with details) and you open the Properties window, you have a tab with the details. If files have different values in the same place, you see "multiple values" and where they are the same you see the value it has. Then, if you type data for any of these things and Apply, the data is written to all the files. So, how would this be anything new? Only the fact that this suggested app can search for files? Well, you can do that with Explorer just fine aswell...
