Description of the new feature / enhancement

Just a small, nice to have, thing. Would like it if a progress bar is visible while downloads are ongoing.
Also file size and received MBs would be nice. (as mentioned specifically in #19706)

Scenario when this would be used?

Updating. Sometimes I'm using a wifi that is slow or not very reliable, so with this I can see if progress is just slow or has stopped.

Idea for development. Use a Visibility="{x:bind UpdateStatus=UpToDate, Converter=BooleanToVisibilityConverter}" on each of the elements in the layout.

UpdateStatus, enumeration:

0. Default; info with button Check (always visible)
1. ⌛ Checking...
2. ❌ Error in checking
3. ℹ UpdateAvailable
4. ⬇ DownloadingUpdate...
5. ℹ ReadyToInstallUpdate
6. ❌ Error in downloading
7. ✅ UpToDate

Grouping elements is easy, but adding the logic to show the actual progress is beyond me.
