Description of the new feature / enhancement

Shortcut guide should open on the display that the mouse pointer is currently on

Additionally the numbered shortcut hotkeys for the taskbar buttons, would reflect the taskbar buttons open on that display

Presently the shortcut guide only opens on the primary display

Scenario when this would be used?

Useful for anyone with more than one display

I've been looking for this too.

However, I'd like to set it up so the "taskbar icon shortcuts" will show on both screens, and I'd like to turn off the "Global windows shortcuts" entirely.
