Custom location where bug report is saved to

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Some setting in PowerToys to customize the path/folder the bug report is saved to (right now it's always saved to Desktop)

Scenario when this would be used?

Scenario: Bug reporting

Advantage: More freedom to the user where he/she wants the bug report saved to without much hassle

Well, that's good, but would be nice to also have a user friendly method
