PowerToys.Run does not run apps as an admin when in admin mode

Steps to reproduce

Start PowerToys as an administrator. In settings, ensure administrator mode is used (use option to restart as administrator if needed). Alt+Space to start PowerToys.Run. Run cmd. cmd starts as a user without admin rights. In my view, I should be able to start cmd as admin by default when running PowerToys in admin mode (I realise that this can be done by using Ctrl+Shift+Enter to start cmd, but this involves going through UAC prompt, and when running in admin mode I purposefully do not want this extra overhead, otherwise I'd just run PowerToys without administrator mode.

✔️ Expected Behavior

When using administrator mode, PowerToys.Run starts apps as an administrator. If this is not expected, I would like a different option to be added to enable this.

❌ Actual Behavior

App starts as standard user.

This is not a bug, it's more like a feature request. PowerToys Run is started as a user and not admin by design.

Thanks for your feedback. If it is classified as a feature rather than a bug, that's fine. I would just find this feature very helpful, if there can be an option to enable it.

I had my helpdesk install v0.67.0 (they have admin rights, I don't) but upon restarting my PC, the UAC prompt comes up again and I cannot run PT. Before I rebooted for the first time after the installation, I could see in PT settings that the "Run as admin" switch is off. Why is UAC prompt still appearing. I only want to run FancyZones. Is there a way to run PT (or just FancyZones) without local admin?
