Keep Shortcut Guide on screen when Windows key released

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be good if the shortcut guide remains on screen when you release the Windows key or at least have the option when holding down the windows key to either close when key is released or left on screen and closed when key pressed again.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would allow you to see the options without having to keep the key pressed while you read the screen, this will improve usage as you can just use a single tap to bring up the screen and another one to dismiss.

If you use Win+? trigger, it will stay open. Issue is having predictable behavior and we believe behavior is hold Win keyboard then trigger the item you want on the screen
