Support for Remoteapp windows in Fancyzones

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Fancyzones is great when working on an extra-wide monitor. It doesn't work however with remoteapp windows, it would be great to also be able to "snap" them to a zone in the same way as you can with a local application's window.

Scenario when this would be used?

When working with remoteapps (MS Azure based).

YES! I use 2 apps from a remoteapp server at work and FancyZones just won't touch them. Since the remoteapp is load balanced between four servers that receive regular updates and clear user data, they never remember my preferred window positions. Being able to just drag 'em into a zone and have them snap into a reasonable place would be a WELCOME improvement.
