Description of the new feature / enhancement

Execute Powertoys and Windows utilities/applications (e.g. text search/OCR, project, pairing menu etc) from powertoys run search.

Scenario when this would be used?

From the PowerToys Run application, you are able to execute applications from your path or search applications, windows and tabs.
However, utilities from powertoys itself are not necessarily included within the search results. Such apps would be any of the other PowerToys utilities like Text search, screen ruler. Windows features/system commands like launching the pairing window, project window etc would be similar.

Edit: For clarity - the current windows settings via $project, as an example, directs you to the windows settings menu, instead of the win+p equivalent.

This would be most useful for those of us who can't recall all the shortcuts available these days.

Before this feature is implemented, I can propose a quick hack
set your search to include:
C:\Program Files\PowerToys\modules
since each module should have a exe file, you can launch that module with the exe
