1. Right click a file.
2. Click PowerRename.
3. Either do not enter anything in the search box or type something in the search for box which does not match to any file selected.

The theme of the apply button is proper when either nothing is entered in search for box or the text typed in search for box does not match any file selected so that it is easily visible.
