Description of the new feature / enhancement

Show loading time and query time in each plugins' dropdown

Scenario when this would be used?

For knowing which plugin takes up a lot of processing time

Supporting information

plugins seems to be able to seize up PT Run on activation, it would be nice to know right in the settings

Wox has this in their plugin settings
