Description of the new feature / enhancement

Feature request: [PowerToys Run] Jump to desktop.

Expected behaviour:

Use case: jump by number.

1. User presses 'Alt+Space' to open PowerToys Run.
2. User types 'activation-command 4' and presses Enter.
3. PowerToys Run takes the user to desktop 4.

Use case: jump by label.

1. User presses 'Alt+Space' to open PowerToys Run.
2. User types 'activation-command work' and presses Enter.
3. PowerToys Run takes the user to desktop with the label 'work'.

Scenario when this would be used?

I organize my workflow by desktops. There is a desktop dedicated to 'work', 'chat', etc., and while I can simply jump to a window on that desktop (which is what I've been doing so far), it would be more convenient to simply jump to the desktop.

There is no public api to do this. We can only switch to windows.
