Allow text extractor to work with keyboard-only setups

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Allow a way for my keyboard to be able to designate an area on the screen that I want text to be extracted from.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would be used for computer setups that don't have mouse or spatial input options available

Interacting with Text Extractor only using a keyboard is a very interesting feature, however it is a major feature and well beyond the current scope of Text Extractor. I don't think this utility is suited for this use case. If someone wants to build a keyboard UX for Text Extractor they can feel free, but it is not something I am planning on building in the foreseeable future.
