Description of the new feature / enhancement

Act like the Windows 11 start menu, being able to pin items to it
(here's the menu I mean)

Scenario when this would be used?

I often use the Keyboard manager to change keybinds in a game I play, so it would be useful to quickly toggle it when I open the game without having to open the full PowerToys menu or clicking more and scrolling to find it

Allow it to act like this portion of the Start menu, but with switches below the title to toggle certain features:
