❌ Actual Behavior
When using the ruler function, it appears the tool prompts the visual filters the NVIDIA software offers. This interaction seems to disappear after using the "bounds" option. The visual error also fades away if you place the mouse over the tool overlay but re-appears after moving the mouse.
