Description of the new feature / enhancement

The ReadMe and the Releases both have clear and different purposes. I think we should not copy-paste the release notes to ReadMe every single time. It's just not the right place for it. It also saves us time and work every month, which we can use for other things.

I also suggest to not include hotfixes in the following larger update. This is unnecessary redundant, since the hotfix (page) already mentions this. v0.75.0 ≁ 0.75.1 etc.
