Definitely in the future it might be worthwhile to align the revision to PTs version number.
0.69 got released with revision 1.1 and it should've been updated

Automating this in the release pipeline would be awesome. Something like we replace a default value (e.g. revision=0.1).

If we align the revision maybe the comment in line 8 gets obsolete.
