Disable Dead keys

It would be nice if the Keyboard manager had the option to disable all Dead keys.

Scenario when this would be used?

Layout that don´t need to make diacritical characters like German or the US layout.

(I think) this is already possible. In my case I set the keyboard layout to NL - US, in stead of NL - US (international). Might have to install the language pack first.

The Netherlands is a clear outlier as it uses the US International layout with small additions.
Switching to the US standard layout or Netherlands as Windows puts it removes that layout's dead keys. However there are other QWERTY layouts that are not based on the US ones and have symbol keys placed in quite different arrangements.
As such, you'll find that Windows offers no such Non-International layout for these languages.

Dead keys for symbols are a clear hindrance for a power user or programmer and they're not easy to disable without making your own keyboard layout (currently incompatible with WSLg for example) or creating your own AutoHotKey script from scratch as there aren't any out there.
Even more, it is desirable to maintain access to accented keys by creating shortcuts such as AltGr + ~ + a to get ã and make ~ a single key press.
This is currently not possible in PowerToys since you cannot assign ~ → ~.

This is not built into Windows.

This feature would be amazing!!!
Currently, I need to fight with creating personal layout to remove dead keys.
For me, I have never needed it once in my whole life until now.
It might be useful for a small group of people, but I cannot understand why it's enabled by default in many keyboard layouts.
