Steps to reproduce

Powertoys run crashes in the Program Plugin when typing r in the input. I have attached a log (hopefully the correct one).

I can also provide full crashdumps for the issue, however they are too big to attach to the bug. They hint to some issue related to thumbnail extraction (at least thats what the callstack for the crashing thread suggests). If you can provide me with a location to upload one of the dumps, I can do that.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Powertoys run should not crash.

❌ Actual Behavior

Powertoys run crashes, and I need to restart Powertoys (via tray) to fix the issue.

With the 0.72.0 release, Powertoys Run now crashes on starting it, so it's now completely unusable for me. Its the same crash as above, it just happens directly on starting the tool now.
I tried to disabled all plugins, just to get it to start, but even without any plugins it crashes.
