Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be nice for ppl using virtual desktop feature (win+tab) to have the capacity to choose between, always on top for this virtual desktop or for all for virtual desktop (by default now)

Scenario when this would be used?

Working on multiple virtual desktop and windows always on top, don't mess with other virtual desktop.
