Steps to reproduce

After running the app and bringing up the ruler, I'm unable to navigate its position, When I need to change its position I exit it and then reopen it, instead of having the ability to move it.

✔️ Expected Behavior

being able to change the container box of the screen ruler, some prior versions had the advantage. but it's been disabled!

❌ Actual Behavior

The running screen ruler container is paralyzed in navigation

I'm not sure what you mean with the issue. What do you mean with "unable to navigate its position"? Perhaps an animation could show what it's happening / how you are achieving this? /needinfo

when I try to drag the element that contains ruler options, it doesn't move from its position!
