Access to settings via Quick Access

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add links to the settings of each PowerToy in the 'all apps' listing along with its shortcut key next to the on/off toggle. You can see at a glance what the shortcut is (and its enable status already) as well as quick access to its settings.

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever the PowerToy icon is clicked on
