Steps to reproduce

The settings window crashes.
It happens in two situations.
Very often it crashes immediately: the window is drawn white and suddenly disappears, before displaying anything.
Alternatively, when the windows appears, very often it crashes simply clicking in the non control area (grey area) of the window, or trying to move it.
This happens more often (it seems) after the settings window get the focus back.

The context menu always crashes.

We did update Windows App SDK to 1.4.1, so wonder if this is a new bug.
Has this occurred everytime after upgrading?
Do the following utilities have the same issue? PowerRename, Registry Preview, Hosts File Editor, File Locksmith, Peek
I see in the logs there were some attempts at doing or restoring backups, do you think this might be related or has it started happening only after you tried to backup/restore settings?

I tested PowerRename and it does not crashes.
I tried File Locksmith, too, and it behaves exactly as "Settings", thus crashes as soon as I pick the window and start dragging it.
The installation was not an update, I just moved to my new PC, so I made a fresh install.
