[FancyZones] Tests: snapped window behavior

• Keep windows in zones → verify windows update positions when the work area is changed
• Keep windows in zones if the layout changes → check valid zones
• Keep windows in zones if the layout changes → check invalid zones
• Move newly created windows in the last known zone - reopen the window
• Move newly created windows in the last known zone - disable FZ - move window - enable FZ
• Enable switch between windows → verify switching works
• Disable switch between windows
