[FancyZones] Tests: layouts

• Apply a layout with a shortcut
• Verify the Flash zones option
• Verify the parent layout applied on the new virtual desktop
• Update the layout on the 2nd virtual desktop after creation, verify layouts on other virtual desktops are not changed
• Restart FZ, verify layouts are not reset
• Delete virtual desktop, verify other layouts are not reset
