Steps to reproduce

1. Delete Shortcut in Startmenu folder
2. search for the shortcut
3. deleted shortcut is shown (sometimes even after restart)

✔️ Expected Behavior

Deleted Shortcut shouldn't be shown in (program) search

❌ Actual Behavior

deleted shortcut is shown

Unfortunately in the attached logs there is noting relevant to the program indexing.
I am not able to reproduce this.
Tried this:

• Create a shortcut in %PROGRAMDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
• Search for the shortcut in PT Run: found
• Delete the shortcut
• Search for the shortcut in PT Run: not found
