[FR]: PowerToys Run: Hide blue background behind UWP apps

Description of the new feature / enhancement

the blue background of UWP oder PWAs should be hidden as in windows search.
Currently app icons are smaller und it doesn't fit well with the modern Windows 11 System.

I found the relevant code is in src\modules\launcher\Plugins\Microsoft.Plugin.Program\Programs\UWPApplication.cs. But just want to know why does it in the first place is given that blue background and is just removing that or making it transparent the solution?

I believe it's a relict of older Windows 10 versions, so maybe it should only show the blue background on win 10, but it's probably easer to remove the background for every windows version

As I said in my post, the icons would look better without that colored background and they would be in tune with the rest of the SO.
