Description of the new feature / enhancement

A tool to see which windows are open on which displays.
I have multiple monitors, which I do not always have switched on, or sometimes I am using one or two of my monitors on my laptop instead of my desktop. Windows sometimes opens windows on the monitors which are switched off or being used on another computer, this is very annoying. I would like a tool to see the open windows on my main monitor, and be able to move them between my monitors.

Scenario when this would be used?

Windows opens windows sometimes on the monitors which are switched off or not in use, this is very annoying as I cannot see or use the window.
