Area(s) with issue?

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

I have an app (tcpview.exe, installed via winget and is in PATH) I want to launch through PowerToys Run but it doesn't seem to find the executable. I can run the command tcpview in the command line and it works fine.

My other apps that ARE NOT installed through winget seem to be doing fine, I have firefox installed and PowerToys Run can launch it.
