Can someone explain how a program, quite simple one, doing nothing, consume hundreds of megabytes(!) of memory ?
So the enhancement proposal is pretty straightforward: make it use adequate amount of resources, and no more

Scenario when this would be used?

It will be used all the time!

I started to look at what was using the physical memory on my system as resources were getting low. I was very surprised to see 11 powertoy processes taking 20-200 MB each, a total of about 600 MB for a simple set of tools.

This seems excessive and makes me question if I need to be more selective as to which are enabled.

Please consider an optimization pass to reduce where possible.
