Steps to reproduce

Right click on PowerToys in system tray and select "Settings" or Right click on PowerToys in start menu and select "Run as Administrator"

✔️ Expected Behavior

Application opens and displays UI

❌ Actual Behavior

Application window opens to a blank black window, hangs for <2 seconds and then closes. Fancy zones continues working and PowerToys system tray icon remains.

Faulting module reported by Event viewer is "KERNALBASE.DLL"

Reproducible on two different machines, both Windows 10 Pro 22H2.

I am also seeing this behavior on Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2. I installed via Winget, version 0.76.0.0 (displays on the Start menu as "PowerToys (Preview)") and I had not previously installed any version of PowerToys on this machine.

Seeing the same issue myself. Black/blank window for a second or two and then it closes.
