Steps to reproduce

When selecting Text Extractor from PowerToys Settings the application crashes.
Using keyboard short-cut to open Text Extractor does nothing. This might be related to: #22033. As I am facing the same issue simuatelously.

I expect to see Text Extractor settings.

Since I'm facing the same issue as author I attached my own report.

For reference I'm running on Windows 11 22621.

Also I don't know if that's related (probably is) but running a command that uses Windows.Media.Ocr.OcrEngine returns an unregistered runtime error while [Windows.Media.Ocr.OcrEngine, Windows.Foundation, ContentType = WindowsRuntime] returns

(It returned nothing first time I ran it and started returning that when I ran Add-WindowsCapability -Online -name Language.OCR~~~fr-FR~0.0.1.0)

Same issue here. I am running Tiny10 without the Microsoft store installed, so take this with a grain of salt I suppose.
