Steps to reproduce

have a monitor layout like this:

press win+shift+m to open ruler,
select horizontal ruler option
then
select the vertical ruler option. (use ruler on the 2nd screen)

✔️ Expected Behavior

should show red lines.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerTools.MeasureTool not responding

I can't repro this on Win11 23h2. Seeing logs could be helpful.

Can you share your scaling / monitor info too?

Hi, Sorry for the late response. I am using Windows 10 22H2. My primary monitor (1) is 1920 x 1200 scaled at 125% and secondary monitor (2) is 1920 x 1080 scaled at 100%.

Same issue here, my primary screen is 1920 x 1080 scaled at 100% with portrait and second is 1920 x 1080 scaled at 100% with landscape

I think I'm having a similar issue, looking at yours I've realised it only occurs when using multiple monitors. The layout doesn't appear to matter for me.
My issue was #30530

Win10, two monitors, horizontal+vertical, powertoys 0.80.1. I can't always reproduce it, but it crashes sooner or later when cursor is selected. Actually, maybe it crashes on mouse click - even when i try to close it. And maybe not showing cursor on different monitor is a separate bug. Monitors are 1920x1200+1080x1920 (virtual screen 3000x1920)
