Always On Top bugging out?

Steps to reproduce

Pin a window with Always on Top, click on Open Hardware Monitor's OSD (which is Always on Top by its internal settings).

✔️ Expected Behavior

Nothing unusual, just things to happen as they should.

❌ Actual Behavior

This pops up in the corner

Doesn't even tell what app might be conflicting with it, I suspect it's the OSD's. And started happening suddenly.

To note, it had somehow lost the Admin privileges it had, so I had to give it back to PowerToys.

Hello and thanks for your message. We need more info about the OSD here. How exactly do you open it? You say "click" which sounds like you're using the mouse to run software? If the OSD is called via a physical button on the device, it should not even be possible to detect. /needinfo

The OSD stays open on one of the screens and can be interacted with (so to say: it has a context menu, and I can observe data through it. I use it to be in the know of CPU, RAM and GPU uses, as well as their temp)

I'm thinking this isn't really a bug. Do agree it would be helpful to know what the window in case is.
