Description of the new feature / enhancement

Submit PowerToys Run and File Action Menu plugin interfaces as NuGet Packages. The version numbers of the packages would be the same as PowerToys version.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would make it a lot easier to develop plugins for these two modules, as they would no longer have to ship with DLLs or reference the PowerToys source code.

The version numbers of the packages would be the same as PowerToys version.

That means there can be a change in version number while the actual code maybe hasn't changed a bit, right?

Yes... That's maybe not very optimal. Maybe only release a new version if something has changed.

that builds and published a package to:

I have tried this approach here:
