Steps to reproduce

Since three/four versions before, i can't update my powertoys even i download it from github and run as admin. I used geek uninstaller to uninstall the old version and run the new version, but It said that setup failed because one or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file. Powertoys is already installed on this stystem for all users. We recommend first uninstalling that version before installing this one. I really need it so i hope you can help me figure this problem.

Sorry but I can't. Both the version for all users and the version for machine can't be installed. To specify my problem, the PowerToys can't be updated initially even if I download directly from github. That's why I try to uninstall the old version. I guess maybe I used to download the version for all uses and then download the version for machine during the most recent update. Or, maybe the geek uninstaller did something wrong. The above is just my speculates. Hope you can solve it.

I too am having issues with installing the latest version, either via the Update feature or directly from the MSI installer download. The issue started with release v0.80.0, I'm able to reinstall v0.79.0, but using the update feature from the PowerToys settings/config panel the install/update fails. If I run the MSI installer manually, the install fails looking for a non existent drive (J:, in my case).
