✔️ Expected Behavior

The Calendar app to open even when it's closed (not just minimized).
For example a shortcut works perfectly for this purpose with the following target:
C:\Users\Michael\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid_8wekyb3d8bbwe\WsaClient.exe /launch wsa://com.appgenix.bizcal.fire.pro

❌ Actual Behavior

The Calendar app only shows up when minimized. However, this also works even if I don't put any args - it opens the most recently opened WSA app's window (from all those that are currently minimized = already open).
