Steps to reproduce

Upon selecting a ruler, clicking anywhere on the screen randomly, and attempting to select the ruler again, the application crashes.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Stop measuring after click

❌ Actual Behavior

application stops responding. I get a window that says that and i can either close a program or wait until it responds.
