Steps to reproduce

Test environment:
OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise insider preview 23H2 (22631.3296)
Power toys version: v0.79.0
Screen reader: Narrator

Repro Steps:

  1. Open the Power Toys app in the desktop.
  2. Now open the shortcut guide from left navigation pane.
  3. Activate the guide using the shortcut.
  4. Turn on the narrator using Win + Ctrl + Win and turn on scan mode.
  5. Now try to navigate inside the guide pane with arrow key.
  6. Observe the issue.

User Experience:
Lack of screen reader support prevents users with visual impairments from accessing the content within the guide pane, impacting accessibility.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The screen reader should be able to navigate inside the guide pane in scan mode, providing users with information about the content and announcing the next available content.

❌ Actual Behavior

The narrator focus does not move inside the guide pane in scan mode, and it announces no next content.
